Return and exchange periods:

Purchases made March 1, 2020 through May 17, 2020 have an extended return period through May 31, 2020, excluding items purchased with a third-party contract (e.g., cell phones, cellular tablets and cellular wearables, AppleCare monthly plans, etc.) and major appliances. All other terms and conditions of the PEGASPAY Return & Exchange Promise apply.

If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished and pre-owned products.

Effective March 22, 2020, returns and exchanges, except where prohibit by law, will be accepted through curbside pickup. Go to and look up your store's hours and status. If your store is open, bring your products back with proof of purchase and ID. Once you arrive, call the store or check in at the front door to let them know you'd like to complete a return or exchange, and we'll take care of the rest. If you made a purchase at a store, and your local store is currently closed or not accepting returns, you are able to mail in your return for processing with a few exclusions.
